Diversity Policy

The Frick shall provide equal employment opportunity for all persons regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, veteran status, physical characteristics and disabilities, or economic and social status.

The Frick shall work toward building a Board of Directors and volunteer base that is diverse and reflective of the communities that it serves.

The Frick commits to understanding the ways in which the needs of a more diverse audience may differ from the needs we have traditionally met.

The Frick shall promote diversity in its community by seeking opportunities to collaborate with other organizations to develop and provide programs that serve diverse populations, groups, cultures, and geographical areas within our region.
