The 18th century was an incredibly rich period for the arts. This age witnessed the flowering of the Enlightenment and rational thought as well as the fantastical opulence of a stylistic movement known as Rococo. This charmed and playful world of pleasure and abundance continues to inspire artists today, including Chris Antemann. Join us as we trace the path of the Rococo impulse and learn how other contemporary designers are infusing their artworks with the lively and mischievous spirit of 18th century style. Free and open to the public.
