The Frick Art & Historical Center embraces diversity as a proposition that is central to the organization’s mission. In building and serving diverse audiences, the Frick affirms and supports the diversity of persons and ideas both within the organization and in the communities it serves.
Diversity Policy

The Frick shall work toward building a Board of Directors and volunteer base that is diverse and reflective of the communities that it serves.
The Frick commits to understanding the ways in which the needs of a more diverse audience may differ from the needs we have traditionally met.
The Frick shall promote diversity in its community by seeking opportunities to collaborate with other organizations to develop and provide programs that serve diverse populations, groups, cultures, and geographical areas within our region.
