Visitor Safety Guidelines

Wear a face mask
Staff and visitors over the age of 2 must wear snug-fitting face coverings over their noses and mouths at all times while on-site, indoors and outdoors, with the exception of picnicking outdoors at least six feet away from other parties.

Maintain a safe distance
Please follow directional signs and keep at least six feet between yourself and others outside of your party.

Stay home if you are sick
If you are sick, experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or have been exposed to the virus in the 14 days prior to your reservation, please plan to visit at another time. We will be happy to refund or exchange your ticket, no questions asked.

Wash or sanitize your hands
Please wash your hands thoroughly and often during your visit. You will also find hand sanitizer available throughout our spaces.

Travel light
For art preservation reasons, bags larger than 11x15 inches and backpacks are not permitted. Soft front-facing infant carriers and strollers are allowed. Wheelchairs, in limited numbers, are available for temporary use during your visit; to access a wheelchair, please inquire at The Frick Art Museum or Grable Visitor Center.

Be kind
We’re all in this together. Please be kind to our staff and other guests. By respecting the directions of our employees, you will promote the safety and enjoyment of all. Thank you in advance for your compliance, and for understanding that visitors who do not follow the Frick’s Visitor Safety Guidelines will be asked to leave.
