About the Artist
Jami has developed extraordinary works of art in print, visual, and applied art. Her expertise is truly in drawings, intricate duct tape creations, crafts of yarn, and fashion design. She captures her audience with use of vibrant color and distinct fashion design. At age 26, she has been sought after on countless occasions to submit artworks for entry into contests, exhibits, and fashion shows. Jami is a recipient of a proclamation from the Pennsylvania Office of the Governor, in recognition of her artistic talents. She has been featured at the Pittsburgh Children’s Museum and many other creative outlets in the city of Pittsburgh. Jami is a resident of Pathways Community Living, an agency providing extensive support and services for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She moved into her own apartment in April of 2014 with Pathways Community Living and has made great accomplishments over the years.
