Have you wondered what life today is like through the eyes of a child? Through My Lens amplifies the voices of 4th and 5th graders in The Maker’s Clubhouse’s after-school program* as they show what it’s like to be a child through the lens of their own cameras. Students learned to creatively leverage their stories to advocate for change through the use of photography and Photovoice methods. Can you imagine how these young voices will serve as key-change agents as our future develops? Picture it!

*The Maker’s Clubhouse STEAM after-school serves PPS’s Faison and Lincoln Elementaries in Homewood and Lincoln-Lemington neighborhoods
