A free general site admission ticket is now required to explore our free offerings, like the Car & Carriage Museum, the Greenhouse, and the permanent collection at The Frick Art Museum, and our paid offerings, like our signature tour of Clayton and temporary exhibitions. General Site Admission Ticket FAQ

At the Frick, we are always striving to make our visitors feel welcomed and heard on their visits. For us to enhance your experience and the offerings you're interested in, we are asking visitors to acquire a free general site admission ticket to explore our free offerings, like the Car & Carriage Museum, the Greenhouse, and the permanent collection at The Frick Art Museum, and our paid offerings, like our signature tour of Clayton and temporary exhibitions

Whether you get a general site admission ticket online or come onto the site without one, we are asking all visitors and Frick members to start their visit at The Grable Visitor Center. Once there, you can check in, get your designated wristband and learn about all the offerings of the day.

You can add a free general site admission ticket to your cart while buying a ticket to our Gilded, Not Golden tour and/or an upcoming exhibition. Whether you get a general site admission ticket online ahead of your visit or come onto the site without one, we encourage all members and guests to start their visit at The Grable Visitor Center. Visitors will check in to get their designated wristband.

No, you do not need separate tickets for each. The general site admission ticket will cover you for all the aforementioned. With that said, paid tickets are still required for our Gilded, Not Golden tour of Clayton, temporary exhibitions, and many of the Frick’s programs.
Yes, every member of your party is required to have a general site admission ticket.
