How to Visit French Moderns: Matisse / Renoir / Degas
French Moderns: Matisse / Renoir / Degas comes to The Frick Pittsburgh this summer, from June 20, 2026 through October 11, 2026. With large crowds expected to visit for the exhibition, learn how to optimize your experience before you even see the masterworks.
1. BUY YOUR TIMED TICKETS IN ADVANCE
We highly recommend you buy your tickets ahead of time, especially during the opening weekend, so you can get into the galleries sooner.
2. ADD YOUR TICKETS TO YOUR DIGITAL WALLET
After you buy your tickets, you will receive an email with a button to add your tickets to your Apple or Google wallet. This allows our staff to quickly scan you in when you arrive at the Grable Visitor Center.
3. CHECK IN AT THE VISITOR CENTER TO GET YOUR FRENCH MODERNS WRISTBAND
When you arrive for your time slot, start your visit at the Visitor Center to check in, receive a wristband, and learn about everything happening on site beyond the exhibition!
