THE FRICK PITTSBURGH UPDATE
While the majority of our site remains open, The Frick Art Museum is temporarily closed while we replace the fire alarm system. You can still explore Clayton, the Catching Sunbeams greenhouse exhibition, the Car and Carriage Museum, the Café at the Frick, and the grounds during regular hours, Tuesday – Sunday. The museum will reopen on August 1, 2025.
Café Closed on 6/12
The Café at the Frick will be closed for regular business on Thursday, June 12 because of a Summer Tea Series event. Carry out beverages and pastries will be available from 9:30 - 3:00.

Description:

Join a guided tour of the Car and Carriage Museum and discover the impact of a transportation revolution as you explore the story of America's transition from carriage to car.
 

Tour participation is free and registration is not required. Meet your guide at the entrance to the Car and Carriage Museum.
 

This tour runs at 3 p.m. every Saturday, and lasts approximately one hour. 1 p.m. tours are also available.
 

For groups of ten or more people, please email Education@thefrickpittsburgh.org for information about a guided group tour.
