Description:
Join us for a morning of coffee, pastries and conversation with  Associate Curator of Decorative Arts Dawn Reid Brean about the rise of leisure in American life at the turn of the 20th century. The industrializing economy and a growing middle class gave people more time for relaxation than they’d ever had before. How did they spend it?
