MCG Students Photograph Hood Ornaments

Art and automobiles converged in the stunning designs of 20th-century hood ornaments, and they've converged again in the photographs currently on view in the lobby of the Car and Carriage Museum. For the next few weeks, photos of the striking hood ornaments featured in Cast in Chrome taken by students from MCG Youth & Arts will introduce visitors to the exhibition. Led by Teaching Artist Germaine Watkins, students Brodie Bard, Cody Barr, Lucas Bendedict, Owen Blumenfeld, and Andrew Dembosky captured these 20th-century works of art from contemporary perspectives. Learn more about their work on MCG's blog.
