Description:

The Red Dress collaborative embroidery project links red fabric with bright colors of thread as a platform to give voice to the stories and testimonies of women around the world, many who are vulnerable and live in poverty. During the Frick's free Regional Asset Day, performers from the Hill Dance Academy Theatre and local young women musicians will show the silent power and aesthetics of fabric and movement as they dance throughout the museum and around the Red Dress.
