Description:
Join arts educators Will Tolliver and Lisa Viscusi in an online professional development workshop that will focus on…you! Practicing self-care is about taking care of and honoring yourself; it is in your best interest and your students’ best interest. Taking care of yourself is a powerful practice—restore yourself, bring energy and focus to your classroom, and be a model of self-care for students. Join us for a three-credit Act 48 workshop in which we will engage in reflection, mindfulness, and strategy building for supporting yourself and your students.
